Refunds

Request within 7 days

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing gudscompanyllc@gmail.com. Include the Stripe purchase email and product you want refunded; never send your card number.

Original method and bank timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Posting time depends on Stripe and your bank; we do not guarantee a number of banking days.

File access

Access to refunded material ends. If one payment contains several files, a partial refund may suspend that access until support reviews the relevant items.

Delivery problems

Check spam and use your personal download page if email does not arrive. Contact support to resolve access. Your applicable legal rights remain in place.
